  Every time we spoke to Leaders over the two years we had the unfortunate experience of letting from them they were rude and condescending. The woman who originally showed us round the house had clearly no more knowledge of it than us, not knowing where anything was or as to whether the gas was a pre paid meter or not. In the end she actually gave us the wrong information. But all of this is minor compared to the excess fees leaders see fit to hide at every turn. If you would like to pay a fair price avoid leaders at all cost, they will keep adding hidden charges for no reason.
